Extensive Stock

Our newly refurbished sales counter at Crayford is evolving quickly. Our aim is to be in a position to supply local tradesmen everything they need to complete their day’s work. With new stock lines appearing daily, it already boasts a far greater stock diversity than a national merchant.
Our new plumbing and heating showroom has over fifty radiators on show and an extensive mix of sixty plus colour samples. We have dedicated tool areas displaying a great range of OX Tools and a Milwaukee room specializing in their plumbing range.
With half a million pounds worth of stock on the shelves at any time, we like to think we have most things covered.
Our newly opened trade bathroom has added a new dimension to our offering. If you’re looking for something a bit more cost effective, a refurbishment or development, then call in and we’ll be happy to help you.
Look out for our new mini-builder’s merchant opening mid 2023! Not only will you be able to buy all your plumbing items, but timber and wall boarding too!

If you're looking to supply Thompson and Leigh's plumbing counter then Keith is your first port of call. He also has an extensive knowledge of heating having worked in Tricom and Fry and Pollard before coming to us.

Horton

Peter is your first port of call at our newly modernised trade counters. He has extensive experience in the plumbing and heating industry and will supply you with any plumbing requirement, big or small.

Birchell

Operating behind the scenes, the two Pauls, Vanessa, Ted and Lee keep Thompson and Leigh’s sales engine running.

Paul Smoker

If you've ordered from any of our bathroom showrooms and need to collect or arrange delivery, then give Paul a call! He also caretakers the trade showroom on Mondays and some Saturdays.

Paul Ryan

If you need to book in a delivery, arrange a collection, then Paul Ryan is your man!

Vanessa Middleton

Vanessa runs our accounts department in conjunction with David Thompson. If you have an accounts query, then Vanessa is your go to.

I recently had a new bathroom installed , due to covid it was on , then off , on again .. You get the idea.However, from the moment I started my dealing with T&L it was made so simple. Guidance with correct product to suit my needs, and no hard sell of stuff I didn’tFrom the start T&L were always on point and most importantly for me contactable , none of this on line messages – T&L remained responsive and personal.I have to call out Warren who is testament of perfect customer service. I would text Warren at various time of the day and always got a quick responseEnd result with Warren’s in-depth knowledge of his product and his experience in the field we now have a very stylish looking bathroom suite at a very competitive rate .Great service, Great people
